I need someone who can produce a good GLaDOS voice to alter some voice clips for me. If you agree to do it, I will send you a sound file every time I need a GLaDOS voice, and you'll just modify it. The "voice actor" is US Crystal.

You need to run the audio through a vocoder. But you'll also need some other audio to vocode with.

The vocoder uses one signal to control the pitch of the other, while mixing the two...

Fruity Loops is perfect for this. Unless you can find a vocoder for Goldwave or Audacity.
