func_tracktrain not stopping flush to the ground. [Solved]

I set up an elevator using func_tracktrain and path_track. The train is basically just a hollow box. I set it up first path_track so that it is inside the trains purple sphere because I thought that is the trains attach point. The first track goes the the second track and vise versa. Each track has an output which is "OnPass, train, stop".

So when the map started the train was sitting where i wanted it to be, flush with the ground. Then I press the button to start it, and when it stops, it isn't flush with the ground or the ceiling. This is a big problem since when the train is on the ground, it makes up part of the floor. Because it isn't stopping flush with the ground, there are bumps and cracks in the floor and I can shoot portals under the train when I'm not supposed to be able to.

I've tried changed all the settings on the tracks and the trains and some of the flags too.

EDIT: I used a func_movelinear instead. It works.
