Is our own style allowed? As in not clean, not dirty, not incomplete, and not underground? Because I have created a map with a tron like style, and they're isn't any rule against it as far as I can see. Also does this rule effect the elevator rule? Like, can I create my own entrance and exit type rooms?

I think it's been pretty explicitly stated by now that your map should be consistent with the visual themes of portal 2. It is for the reason the elevator rule exists and also partly why we aren't allowing custome assets.
