Most people already heard my whinning, but for my case, my computer decided tocrash and stop to boot windows before my last compile. Let's say that I'm looking forward another contest soon (2-3 months?) so I can get my revenge.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, ha ha. I'm going to be gone for 2-3 weeks around christmas time so given that and a catching-up period I probably won't be able to be active until a good couple of weeks into January. We'll see then.

As for the badges, I've got some skeleton code there already but I just need time to implement it. In case anyone is curious, here's what the badges will look like:
1st Place ● 2nd Place ● Participatory ● Judges

Subject to change, of course.

it doesn't bother me at all where i placed, i simply ran out of time fixing all bugs and adding the custom stuff. i knew about my low chances

I thought that too, but I thought it was best not to say anything.

Yeah 1st and 2nd should have that atom animation. Judges should just have a bling effect.

I think everyone did a good job with their entries.

Just some did a little better than others.
