I made a thread like this back when mAL was still up, but it was right at the tail-end of mAL's existence so I'm hoping I'll have more luck here. Back on mAL, someone put up a thing called "Portal 2 Arrangements" or something that had three renditions of "Reconstructing Science" in it. There was a chiptune remix, I think a 'dance'-ish remix, and a jazz-ish remix. Due to some computer problems, I've lost this file. If anyone here still has it, please put up a download link or something, I'd very much like to have them again.

Portal or Portal 2 general might have been better, but this is fine.

I have at least one or two of those remixes on my computer back home, I'd upload them for you to see if it was what you were thinking of but I'm just about on the other side of the world from them right now.

It's fine, I'm sure I can wait a little while longer.

Does anyone have the original file from the "Liquid Portal Gun" mod? I have it installed but I don't know whom to give credit to.

Okay, I have this piece which I distinctly recall downloading from mAL of old (confirmed by the fact that it's composer in the metadata is OrangeMelon, an old mAL-goer) but in retrospection I don't think it's the one you're talking about. Sorry.

As for the liquid portalgun, I never downloaded the skin so I couldn't say. You could check on fpsbanana or similar to see if it was crossposted anywhere else.

Funnily enough I downloaded those songs. I have since forgotten which ones are from that specific trio so I put 4 of them in this .zip, hopefully this is what your looking for.

Aha! Those are exactly what I was looking for! Thanks a bunch dude, you rock.

For future reference, we now have all the files from mAL of olde on the site (temporarily hosted there, will be part of the database soon hopefully) if you're looking for anything else.
