Harry does some neat stuff.
Oh, does the co-op story happen if you play locally? It seems not to, which is a bit daft.

Oh, okay then. It just seemed a bit strange that all of the courses were unlocked before I'd even played any of them. On thinking about it, it may be because I finished single player first...
No, that shouldn't be why. It may be a bug introduced when they "officially" added local multiplayer, before it would copy your course progress from the last time you played online (which would be nothing if playing locally). I haven't tried it since they updated it for Big Picture so I don't know exactly what changed.

Valve breaking things yet again.

All of the Portal 2 "DLC" was shipped as updates. Get the latest version and you should be good to go.
Except the snorkels. Those are official Steam-recognized DLC.

Steam Summer 201(1?) ('12?) Sale had some rewards for purchasing/playing games; one of them was a snorkel that was wearable in P2 coop. I still wear mine on occasion.
I still wear mine because it's the only thing I have besides the flag and the hat. Shame the hats and stuff never caught on in P2.
I have to say, that was unexpected
