No it's not.

Yeah you can do vectory stuff in it, but primarily it's pixels just like everything else.

Yeah you can do vectory stuff in it, but primarily it's pixels just like everything else.

I've not seen a single pixelly thing in photoshop. all I've seen when trying it is vector

once upon a time, when I was like, 10 or something, I used photoshop and it has pixels. now it's even more of a monster, and no pixels.

Photoshop is pixel-based because you can edit individual pixels rather than drawing everything with lines or shapes. The files are not saved with vectors instead of graphical information unless you choose to do it that way.

No it's pixels. You can do text and shapes and masks in vector, but really that's it.

Ah, ok. fair enough. To be honest though, I think I'll stick to PDN. It isn't as powerful, but it's so easy to use.
