When I try to run my map, In red text it says...
Entity weapon_portalgun (1200.00 319.00 -961.00) leaked!
What can I do to fix it?

You have to defuse the bomb.
Check for entities outside the map - not enclosed in the geometry. Might be even part of them outside the map.
