I want to make a map that uses death fizzlers, but I can't find a download for the materials anywhere. The Valve Developer Community wiki page on custom fizzler creation includes a link that once pointed to a download for the materials and textures, but that link is invalid now. I thought maybe the BEEMOD github would include a copy of the assets, but unless the material's stored under a different name than that listed on the aforementioned wiki page, there's nothing there. I haven't been able to find anything else, just descriptions of what a death fizzler is and what it does.

And no, I am not going to install BEEMOD just for the death fizzler materials. I don't want to clutter my material browser with 500 unpaintable variants of existing materials that I will never use a second time.

In the BEE2_v4.46.1_packages there is something called deathfizzler.bee_pack, so maybe it is in there, also if you have Portal Stories Mel installed you could use VPK edit and extract they’re VMT and VTF

BEE does of course have the materials, but they're stored under different names to ensure they don't accidentally overwrite anything users have installed/made separately. The death fizzler materials are listed here, you'll need to put them in materials/BEE2/fizz/lp/, or update the path in the Patch shader.
