func_clip_vphysics help

I've released a map (Three Rooms v2) and there's a set of panel stairs that activate with a laser catcher. The problem is when the stairs are down, before you activate the laser catcher for the first time, it collides with physics objects. but when I activate the laser catcher and then deactivate it, the clip_vphysics doesn't collide with it, and it works like I told it. And I did set the clip_vphysics to start disabled.
