There is one water texture they used throughout the entire game of portal 2 that does have reflections. If you search "underground" in the texture window it'll be near the top.
There are several reflecting water textures actually... but they are not all filed under "water".
For example: lasers_over_goo is also a reflective water texture.

Did you try the one Kenny suggested?
That one is still kinda dirty... but dont forget you can also resize textures... and with water textures you can easily put the scale on 0.5/0.5 and it will still look good and also look less dirty... (because all the dirt spots/stains get repeated less)
sorry for late resond lol.
i try alot of stuff also already Port achter texture from half life 2 ep 1 and 2
but no realy luck 1 of them work but it give me some error about redering

I don't think it's all that hard to make your own water texture. If you look at some of the VTFs, and more importantly VMTs, that come with Portal 2 you can make a heavily customized water texture (different underwater fog effects, etc.).
i have that texture already but give me shaders bug..
but it work if you walk on achter room than it wil stop bugging and
if you use :NOCLIP: To achter room than it wont?t that is water Red water Blocks. lol
