I am having a problem where some of the music in the game is separated into different files and I just wanted to play them one after another to make the song whole. Is there a way to do this and if so what do I need to do?

You can delay the second one. Otherwise, you'd need to make a script.

You could download the Portal 2 OST's and put them into your "sounds\music" directory of Portal 2.
Now you can play the mp3's in your game (preview won't work).

I don't have any firsthand knowledge, but I have it on good authority that virtually all the music in those soundtracks is already in the game files.

I don't know any complete song besides the background titles.

Has anyone got the .vcd (scene files), that Valve uses to play their sounds after each other, to work?

This could be an alternative instead of creating loads of timed events.
