Co-op models

Heya there,

I am just wondering...is it possible to use one of the models of the co-op robots...(no animation needed) in the singleplayer?

As I have a good idea for a little mini-game involving turrets and one of the models.

Just create a prop_dynamic with the model of the bots.
Their names are eggbot and ballbot.

Even better, you can make it so that the player model is one of the robots instead of Chell - heck, you could even turn her into a turret or a Weighted Companion Cube. Search for a topic named 'robots not chell' if you're interested.

I remember someone made a huge fuss about that thread.

I'm wondering what solution they worked with as cl_playermodel doesn't actually do anything.

Erm, if I recall, it does work, or maybe the second idea they had in that thread, because I always make the player Atlas in my maps now for continuity.
