Purple Sticky Paint?

I went though a tutorial about making a paint dropper, and thought I saw the word "purple" as one of the choices. Wasn't there a 4th sticky paint that was removed from the game? If so, is it possible that this purple paint could be used for mapping?

There's a paint Dropper stick wmf file in gameplay/instances folder, maybe that's it, correct me if I'm wrong

While you can still see the fourth type available in Hammer, it is non-functional in-game. I believe it's even missing a texture. That video appears to be a nifty recreation by Omnicoder.

I have only seen two people get it working...Omnicoder and some guy with a Hammer Notepad channel on YouTube.
I have tried to search for the textures for the normal paint...but cannot find it anywhere.
