Panel Sound Effect?

Does anyone else hear something that sounds suspiciously like the word "no" at the end of the wallsteps02 animation of circle_shield.mdl?

LOL! Thats not a no, that's Kleiner about to say "Oh fiddlesticks, what now?!". Usually this plays if a soundscript (eg World.explosion04) is referenced to play, but does not actually exist.
Obviously there's a soundscript missing, and since you can only hear it for about 10 miliseconds, Valve obviously didn't notice.

HAHA never knew that happened chickenmobile but I'm glad we could all get a laugh out of it
