This coop map is rather a race track than a puzzle.
Use your portal gun cleverly to trick your opponent and be the first to reach the finish line!
You will probably need a few laps until you know all tricks - so give it a second try and it will be smoother and more fun.

Installation instructions:
1. Extract mp_coop_gelocity to your Portal 2 maps folder (...\SteamApps\common\portal 2\portal2\maps).
2. In Coop Hub open developer console and type "changelevel mp_coop_gelocity".
3. Race!

Note: It takes a moment to paint the race track with propulsion gel.
So if you experience performance issues, just wait a minute before starting.

Very nice map!!
Me and my friend had an awesome time playing in again and again. The concept is great and the mapping style is very neat, flawless, and relaxing. That was lots of fun to play! Please make more racing maps like this, it would be great!

I totally agree with my P-Body up there, desipite the fact that he lost constantly , we had a wonderful time playing it over and over and over ! And we want some more !

The map is so nice detailed and lights are matching the enviroment very well.

The race is so much fun and it is really nice race, because 2nd player can easily catch up first player.

I never laughed so hard in my life playing this map. I loved it! I have never seen a challenge map or racing map this good. So much fun. Great detail - very nice style and nice elements thrown in. Keep them coming! Next time put in some funnels. Too fun.

this map is so good. i mean HOLY SHIT this is a fuckin amazing map. so it was extremely annoying when dynamic entities started disappearing. I have no idea why but when the distance between the 2 players became too big items started disappearing. the second time i played the map it worked fine though. Did this happen to anyone else?

Well, I wasn't really sure if anybody would like it when I made this map.
In the beginning it was "just a test" but somehow we played it again and again - and that's one of the good things in this map: It gets better when you play it more often.
So I'm really glad that you guys had some fun playing it.

Feel free to upload your best races to youtube - I really would like to watch this.

Purely amazing map. Complete blast to play and really enjoy how the 2nd place person typically has a chance to catch up (ie hard light bridges going down to speed up lap).

I'll try and record a race if I can get my buddy on again.

Fantastic map, we had lots of fun, really, great job, cool design, nice idea. That's all I can say, I hope you'll make more racing maps, I thought that portal without solving puzzle is boring but this map really made me believe that not

I took a look at the vdeo you posted morganic and there is sooo much tricks missing ! I wish i could fraps my games they never turn to the right ! that's the best part of the map

Once you figure that turning right is faster, ther comes a new level of thinking !

Yeah just a room with 4 curves and gel. But even this was fun.

What a truly amazing map, had a lot of fun playing this over and over with my 6 year old son, very close race. Amazing concept and really hope to see a lot more fast paced maps in the same style. Keep up the good work

Even though you said you are busy and we won't likely see another one soon, I end up checking damn near every day to see if by pure luck another one is up.

Finally got to actually play this, was great how fast paced it was, very different from even other race maps. This is our first playthrough, complete with terrible routes and no tricks.
