I realise that this is most likely a spambot or someone who spammed and will never return, but... You sir, are hilarious. You must tell me when you are doing stand-up. Paying for something that is readily available for free? I have never laughed so hard.

The valve wiki tells you more in a lot less time :biggrin:

I don't see why people think this is a spambot; paid video tutorial sites aren't all that uncommon and if someone was already a member of the site in question, it could be quite useful.

It does seem rather ridiculous to post it here though, where most threads are full of people teaching each other how to use the software, and there is a big shiny "Portal 2 Mapping Wiki" link up the top.

But there ARE so many GOOD, FREE tutorial sites. You have the VDC, Rocketrascal34 (TopHATTWaffle), Solarchronus, etc. They really make all those paid tutorials irrelevant.

Not a spam bot just inexperienced. design3 has helped me a lot with more than just portal 2 stuff so I thought I'd share as some prefer videos to wikis. I pay for d3 cuz of all the other stuff thats on there. Apparently I am a little too new for your guys level. Apologies.

no need to excuse :wink: a lot of us just think the site you were referring to was a waste of money.
You can also find a lot of tutorials in video form on youtube, so we're not impressed about the site :sad:

However, if you finished your first map feel free to show it to us :biggrin:

OMG, he posted again. I like how he said that paying for tutorials in superior to free tutorials. lol. I saw your first two for free, and they are nothing special.

I guess I can understand if you've already got access to it all. And anyway, there are people of all skill levels on here, most peole start out with no idea what theyre doing, I know i did :lol: No need to apologise.
