logic_playmovie
I prefer the logic_playmovie, but whatever floats your boat.

The vgui is for the elevator for portal 2 and new, though no sound is played.

EDIT: there are many tuts if you want a video screen in the elevator.
If you want a video to display on one of those Wheatley monitors use one of those

Secondly; Search first.. You change the videos by typing in the name of a bik movie in your media folder into the arival_departure_transistions instance properties.
