And is there a way for a light bridge to come out with gel, it will extend and more gel comes out?

No, not without custom programming anyway. Although it seems could be a neat idea I can imagine it could also be buggy and isn't really consistent with being able to shoot portals through bridges anyway.

I don't understand what you are asking here, do you mean having the emitter come out of the gel dispenser, or making gel drip from the bridge itself?

Ok, I need to program the first one
For the second one, I mean that the light bridge comes out with gel already on it, no need to paint it.
Again to reiterate: putting portals on a lightbridge is impossible unless you can fake it using an invisible portable texture. Though you would have to limit what areas the lightbridge can be placed to be covered by the gel and/or be activated by a func_portal_detector (Coop mode only for detector as you would need at least 4 portals to have any effect).
