My immeadiate reply would be to decompile a valve map and copy their entities so it seems correct. The link he posted to was to the L4D entity version.

The entity was introduced with L4D2, and such the examples they give use L4D2. However, the entity is still available in Portal 2 and is the same entity used in the campaign.
