how do i get paint in a level without a info_paint_sprayer? ( i want it just on the ground )

Use a
prop_paint_bomb or
paint_sphere or
info_paint_sprayer with
A logic_auto

Use logic_auto to activate info_paint_sprayer and disable it after a few seconds by using another output that's delayed for a few seconds.
