The problem with that is if none of the hammers are working (and they don't even have the SDK to copy the files from) they cannot replace them in the first place.
If anyone has XP and working .dll's I think gooball would be appreciative.

Would it be considered piracy if I uploaded those dlls? I have P2AT working perfectly on XP.

Unistall p2at, unistall portal.
remove the portal 2 folder on your computer.
Restart computer
Download and install portal 2.
Do a portal 2 map.
Download and install p2at
