Interesting stuff... I'm amazed that the 'when is Episode 3 coming out' question wasn't asked.

This was really, really interesting from a game design standpoint. I love that they weren't scared to throw out large chunks of game mechanics in lieu of a cohesive experience... it definitely shows in the final design.

Most of the actual tidbits about the game itself have been said in the past (the whole prequel with no portal guns or Chell thing, etc) but it was nice to hear them walk through the various thought processes that caused the game to turn out the way it did.

Everyone should watch this.
