How do I do those in Portal 2 SDK?

So I am trying to remake some of Portal 1 maps, and I'm having troubles with 2 things:

-Computer placed Portal BASE. , Putting is more than easy.. it's just Portal_prop but the thing around it is the thing I'm having an hard time to find.. will be glad to know how do I add one. http://steamcommunity.com/id/MadPatrick ... 3273985161

-Panels which don't move how do I add panels like those which doesn't move and uses as normal surface in gameplay but looks DIFFRENET ALOT! http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656 ... 3273991398

The portal base model as shown in your picture doesn't exist in portal 2.
Instead you can use models/props/portal_emitter.mdl.

The panels you are seeing there are quite hard to create. They exist of a lot of brushwork for the pistons. The rest are simple brushes.
