Need Help With Tractor Beam!

Hi!!
so i've been making maps since 1 month ago and recently, i have encountered a problem!! i designed a map that when you respawn you fall off to a tractor beam. so what happen the tractor beam works like a blue gel! what it does it makes me jump on it and unables me to get inside it and actualy move!!
what should i do?????

ummm so the thing is you fall to a tractor beam road. then you know when you get in it and that sounds plays?? YOU CANT GET IN IT AT ALL!! you keep jumping on it and jumping on it forever !!!

that might be a glitch, you sometime get warped or bounce in the beam, this way a way Valve used to keep players from falling out. Just keep climbing in.
Are you making a portal 2 or portal map?

ummm im making portal 2 right now D and thanks for the help i play with it for a while till i fix it

next time dont use the portal icon, it can confuse people if you're actually making a portal 2 map.

Did you change the speed at which the funnel moves the player? You might have changed the number to something that the engine doesn't like (too big, too small, too many decimal points)
That's Linear Force under the entity properties, in case you didn't know. Default is 250.
Also, could be that the player is entering with too much speed? Maybe make the fall shorter?
