Somebody make a Tardis.
In my opinion it would be freaking AWESOME if someone would be able to make a Tardis in Portal 2.

Actually. No. If you can't do something like this for yourself, then don't ask others to do it for you.
The entity you want to use is a linked_portal_door. Look it up on the Developer Wiki. 
btw look on the internet, someone probably made custom textures for the TARDIS

It's a matter of a linked_portal_door. (worldportal) The wiki can help you with this, and well, there are a lot of examples of maps that use this technique.
Personally I see this more as a gimmic, that could be used in a map, but yea, if you want to use this for awesomeness I would recommend trying to create it yourself. If you cannot do this, ask for help where you get stuck. This will make you a better mapper and maybe you can create an awesome map with this some day.
If you request this to be used in one of your maps I think that it would still be better to create it yourself. Worldportals are not hard to build and if it's too hard for you you need more training in mapping. Just saying...
