Play Testers Wanted!
Im looking for some people to become playtesters for the mod im creating. Heres a description (copied and pasted from a post on the showcasing thread ages ago) Description
I think its about time for me to announce the single-player mod im working on!
It will be called 'Testing Lobby 6' and as the name suggests wil be based around a lobby from which all tests can be accessed. It will be mainly in the clean style, played as Atlas or P-body. The focus will not be so much on storyline as on fun puzzles. It will probably have about 15-20 tests (at least for the first release) and will also have challenge mode for both least time and least portals as well as achievements, all of which will be accessed via the main lobby.
It will also have secret 'nuggets' hidden in some levels, the colection of which unlocks extras such as changing atlas for p-body, or all cubes to compainion cubes, bonus levels, etc. This will, again, be accessed via the lobby.
I would also just like to say that this isnt just an idea that i would like to do, its something i have been working on for a while now and I have working i/o systems to do all the above mentioned things. No idea as to a release date as yet, as stated most of the cross-map logic is done and ive completed about a quarter of the tests.
Im looking for players of all different skill levels, but I would especially like to get some players experienced with things like expoit finding and the like.
If youre interested, add me on steam or pm me, my profile name is Spam Nugget.
I'm a decent player, probably a medium puzzler if you compare me to others on the forum. I'll rage if it takes me 30 minutes to figure out a puzzle, but I'm good at providing feedback
(The irony is that I'm testing a map that is supposed to be a test for the player to finish the test.)

There's no such thing as Portal 2 mods.
Maybe it isn't technically a mod, but it has many characteristics of one... Series of chambers, custom items and test elements. Calling it a map pack would be too vague... and there's nothing else to call it really. I'm ok with it being called a mod, even if it isn't considered one
Portal 2 mappack:
- limited by Portal 2 GUI- Installing is a pain for nubs to understand- Chance of overriding other people's content
Portal 2 Mod:
- VPKs! (Unless they fixed them)- One Drag and drop & restart of steam to install & launch- Custom chapter menu- Override and change Valve's scripts without consequence... Hooray!- No coop
