Mind successfully bent. I don't see how to get across the gap after the first room.

zivi7, I'll give you a hint.
You'll need the blue gel, but not in the second room.

I did that before but never got enough momentum. I finally found out the right position to bounce and moved on to the next area. The overall idea here is pretty nice, but I soon ragequit: The water from area two had erased too much blue gel in area one so that basically I'd have had to start over.
Why was it necessary to add that water? It made the puzzle just tedious for me.

Zivi, I think, you played too many easy maps these days. :p
If the water erases your blue gel in area 2 it is a matter of seconds to get new blue gel in. So no need to ragequit.
Definitely a nice gel-puzzle that kept me busy for ~25 minutes (I'm getting old). Indeed you need two or three "advanced" tactics, but this isn't a negative thing at all. I liked it and am looking forward to more.

Edit: Ah, you meant area 1, zivi, sorry. But how could that happen? When I placed my portals there, the water was splashing towards a wall and everything was fine!?

Zivi7 and Senf, possible spoiler so I'm blacking it out.
||I'm aware you can accidentally get the water from area two erase your blue gel in area one, which means you have to re-do it again.
Unfortunately, if the water is not there in area two, it greatly simplifies the solution (by creating two solutions, the other of which is much easier. I couldn't find a way around this.||
I do appreciate the feedback. I'll have to give it more thought on how to fix.
