Show off what you're working at the moment! Making a map that you don't want to release as a WIP? Don't want to make an entire thread to discuss your map before you release it (which you shouldn't do anyway, for the record)? Post some screenshots in this thread and discuss others.

A few notes:
-- Try to keep your screenshots at around 700px wide maximum, probably a bit less; not only are smaller images easier on load times, they actually fit on the forum view for most people.
-- Linked thumbnails are nice but certainly not required.
-- Be open to suggestions/criticism from others.
-- On the above point: if you're going to provide feedback make it constructive. Don't pull an "OMG thos lazors suck and look ulgy", instead say "Good sir, I do think you might want to align the front of that laser with the wall. Cheerio."

And remember...

EDIT: this thread is designed for work in progress stuff. Screenshots of what you're working on or asking people for advice. If you designed a test chamber and want to share it: post it in this thread: community-releases/post-your-workshop-maps-here-t6133.html and/or upload it as an external file (with a link to the workshop page)

I've published two chambers that I've created so far. I am fairly new to map making, having spent some time in Hammer before this update came out. None of the content I made was worth showing the public previously, so I am glad that this in game editor lets me get my ideas out without dealing with the learning curve of Hammer. Let me know what you think of the maps!

Here is my first and only completed test with the puzzle maker. I tried to not make it extremely hard, and I think it turned out pretty impressive considering it was my first try. One guy posted a comment saying he liked it.

This collection is of the first three levels I have made so far with the puzzle creator since I downloaded it yesterday. I can't really get anyone to play them yet though and give me abuse/feedback so I figured I'd come here. I've tested them and can get to the end on all of them with no buggy things happening so you should be able to too.

I plan on starting maps with Hammer again since I've already created 5 test chambers in this new editor. I hope to see more cool maps here!

I really hope somebody give me feedback of this.
And more important, answer me this question. I'm thinking remaking my chambers in Hammer for graphic themes. Should I?

Thanks in advantage =)

Hello test subjects ! Just wanted you to show my first map ever. I have put about +12 hours into it (and all my best) and wanted to get the hang of the new PeTI application with this map (hammer uber noob). Feel free to comment on the map.
Ps, could someone please explain how to change the display picture on the PeTI map ?

Happy testing the UnUnPentium !

Well, here's my first release. Ever.

There is a bug where the portals don't render correctly on my sister's computer, but they work fine on mine, so just try it out and give feedback.

I am only allowing the one screenshot in this workshop item. Want to keep the test subject guessing.

My new map "Ackbar knows about 3" has gone up and it's worth checking out if you fancy quite a big level with some good thinking and skill puzzles.

HI,

I just made a really nice map:
**
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=72155403**

The name of my, til now best, map is MovementPRO, because you need a lot of movement skill to master it. Difficulty Level is MEDIUM/HARD. Lets see if you are pro enough to master this map. See it as a challenge!!!

Good Luck and Have Fun

Expect to think outside the box.....Excuse the pun.

Will change the picture later, just tired from two (technically three) hours of preparing for a theater production in school.

Hello "Thinking with Portals Community"-members,

I just finished a really nice and skill-based map called MovementPRO. But when I was talking to my BETA-testers, I found out that a lot of the portal 2 players dont know how to bunnyhop. So I decided to make a Bunnyhop-Tutorial map for the Portal-Community.
And here it is:

BunnyHopTRAINING: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=72420067

(Also advanced bunnyhoppers can test their skills with this map)
**
Please honor my social work with a subscription and a thumbs up. THANKS!**
__
And now to my real map:__

It is called MovementPRO and it will test your movment skills (as the name already says). You dont need to make a lot of portals or solve confusing puzzels. My intention was to make a map that is different to "normal" puzzlebased Portal 2 maps. In MovementPRO you need to show that you can also think with your feet. But let me tell you that the map is pretty HARD for players who are not used to these types of maps. Just see it as a challenge!

MovementPRO: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=72155403

I would be happy if you would support me by checking out my maps. They are only made with the custom map-editor, but I am really happy with the result (but I don't like the limited memory of the custom map-editor)

Also visit my Steam-Workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/id/1337_xD/myworkshopfiles/?appid=620
Maybe there are already some new maps.

Good Luck and Have Fun at trying out my challenging levels in Portal 2.

Super Splooge Man - Is it too hard?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, good to be here.

I would love it if some people would test my first proper map for me. It took me roughly 6 hours to make and play test. I think its quite challenging and fun but I have been told its too hard by a friend who play-tested it for me.

Its called Super Splooge Man and features oodles of Conversion Gel(splooge).

If you are interested please use the link below.
Constructive criticism is very welcome. Thanks.
