I found this map a few days ago which has me stumped on one section of the map.

Go into the room below where the speed gel is, and try to figure out how to get the cube across. There was a white panel where my Portal gun is pointing in the screenshot but the author has removed it. I know how to get the cube on the button, i just do not know how to get across the slime, i need help. The author of the map is not giving anything away on how to solve it, cheers.

I don't even know why you want to complete that map. It is an absolute mess.

Goal of whole map = no clue = confusion
How you even get out of that room once you get in it = no idea.

I can only assume that you have to use a funnel on the wall where the button on the wall is however I just used speed gel and ran at an angle + bhopped at one bit to jump over the wall and skipped it.

Stupid puzzle is stupid.

Your right, it is a shocking map, but i just need to know how it is done, its totally bugging me. Will ask author for solution but i dont hold out much hope of that happening. Thanks for having a go.
