PTI maps exported with puzzlemaker_export broken

Brainstone suggested a way to get rid of the issue with the Cave-quote playing again after loading an autosave. Add a trigger somewhere in the map after the beginning quote and let it "Kill" "@Glados". Works fine for me.

also you need to check your PTI instance, it has a parameter.. which is something like "disable cave audio"... you need to make sure that the audio is not disabled.. so put a 1 for true, and a 0 for false

And of course, since Valve can't make anything simple, setting "disabled" to 1 (true) means that it's actually enabled.
