I am not sure the best way to go about this. I have a sky box at the top of this vertical pipe, and when looking up its not pitch black. towards the top. Is it best to do this with lighting somehow or some kind of decal that i cant find?

Do you really need a skybox up there? If not, you can use the tool texture black, and than decrease lightning near the top
