Record Source Demos of your runs, and submit them to me at [email protected] . If I don't upload yours immediately, don't worry, I'll get to it. I have a backlog of a few demos to render.

**When recording your demo**, keep in mind that there is a 0.4 second delay as a result of Source demos. To fix this, use this macro:
bind F1 "stop;restart_level;record demoname";
The way this works is pretty simple; upon pushing F1, the map restarts and starts recording a demo immediately upon load, eliminating the delay. So basically, just load into your map and push F1.
Keep in mind you can exchange F1 for any keyboard or mouse button. Also, exchange "demoname" for your desired file name for your .dem file.
**For emailing your demos to me**, please use [Speedrun] as the first thing in the Subject line, followed by the map title. I require this so your message gets auto-filtered by the system I have set up, and not mixed in with the other mail. Besides that, just include the player(s) and map name in the body of the email, as well as the .dem file as an attachment.
