[solved] animate Glados smoothly

I have a glados_animate prop_dynamic in my boss map and I want it to animate smoothly, but not boring either. So just using one sigle animation (glados_looplarge02) is out of case.

What I want is some kind of random animation which looks like she would be talking and which isn't ugly. When I give random timed inputs to perform random animation, the animation jumps of course and is not smooth anymore.

So has anyone ideas how to create a smooth random scene for Glados?
Or does anybody know, which animations go well with other animations?

  1. Most to if not all animations of GLaDOS are a predefinied talking sequence
  2. The only time you ever seen GLaDOS animate / talk to the player while you are walking around her is when you are about to put wheatley in charge, and she only has an idle animation

Good luck trying to get a smooth motion between animations.

That is the ending speech animation for glados

"Nobody tried to kill me or put me in a potato or get pecked by birds" "I had a pretty good life" "and then you showed up. You dangerous mute lunatic" "you know what? You win!" "Just go"

I know, I just was pointing out that people have been able to blend animations together and still make it look relatively smooth.

Easy enough when you have the SFM.
