When I wanted clear water textures, I extracted some from the Half-Life 2 GCF's, I presume you're familiar with packing things into a BSP?

I've never packed custom content into a BSP before, but I imagine it's not at all complicated. I try using what's already given to me. Custom Models, Textures, etc. is something I usually try to avoid under most circumstances.

News Bump:
I got some good news and some bad news; the bad news is that I can't find a decent water texture for underwater purposes (I downloaded TopHattWaffle's Water Textures pack). The good news is that PakRat works and I can see custom textures in-game. If anyone knows a good water texture that can be used for both underwater and above water, let me know.
