I will add the items you come up with to this list. So far I have:
B - light Bridges, discouragement Beam (laser)
G - deadly Goo, Glass
O - Overgrown observation
P - PUNT cube, Propulsion gel, Portal (Auto), high energy Pellet
R - Repulsion gel, Rotating panels, laser Redirection
T - Turrets

Portal2Tenacious:
B - Buttons, Bumbleball, Bombs, Bottomless Pits.
G - Grate, Gel, Emancipation Grill.
O - Orange Gel..? I don't know
P - Faith Plate, Panels, Pneumatic Diversity Vents, Portals!!!
R - Laser Relay.
T - Um... Timer? Another hard one.

EDIT2: The first room is complete. I used PUNT cube, Pneumatic diversity vent, faith Plate, Portal (auto), and Panels. Thank you to the people who inspired this room. I intend to keep adding ideas as they come in.
