After I got the cube in Test Chamber 14, I put the cube on the button and the door opens. Now I was bored and decided to pick the cube up and put it back on the button. I did this about 6 times. I then turned around and walk away from the button and heard a BAM! I turn around and the door is open with sparks flying. No only that, when I picked the cube up, the button was stuck like it was being pressed. The check sign was an X with sparks also. Anyone else catch this?

Yeah, this was a bit of an easter egg that someone caught a while back. It's actually quite fun.

I didn't know someone else found it. Oh well, on the bright side, breaking test chambers is fun.

Cool does that mean that you could take the box to the next room?

Does the name "Aperture Science Material Emancipation Grill" come to mind?

He meant the room that is opened by the button, not the next test chamber.

All I can think whenever I see this thread...

If cube- and button-based testing caused this emergency, don't worry. The odds of this happening twice are very slim.
