Advice for Mac user?
Assuming it probably won't, is there any way to expand the in-game editor? Can I use the console to create items that aren't included via the gui? Can I mod the game installation? At the very least I was hoping I could change the style of my maps and maybe add a soundtrack. (I am an electronica producer and am happy for people to use my music in their maps, just give credit and a link to my website would be all that I asked). I'm eager to get more into level creation / custom story creation, but the PTI isn't even close to providing the functionality/capabilities that i'm looking for. Any and all advice would be very much appreciated.
Here are some mods:
BEE and BEE2

But Hammer should be able to run in a Wineskin wrapper, if a bit slowly. Don't worry if it starts crashing whenever you hit Open on some days, that's normal.

The problem is that the BEE2's C# front-end will be Windows-only. It should be possible to compile the FGEMOD on a Mac after a bit of hacking, but I have no idea how NCURSES works on OS X.But Hammer should be able to run in a Wineskin wrapper, if a bit slowly. I have managed to get Hammer up and running in a wineskin wrapper. I made a wrapper for a second version of steam, so I can now play windows games too. Downloaded Portal 2 and the Authoring tools, Hammer loaded fine, just need to learn how to use it properly now!!!
I also tried installing the BEE2 mod but the auto installer froze so no luck there.
