This is really embarrassing, I formated my computer, but forgot to save the custom content I made for 1 if my maps. I have downloaded the map again from workshop, but they are not in the folders that I had them stored in and added to the .bsp with pakrat, anyone any ideas.

Hey Haggis! If you subscribed your map in the workshop, you should have the bsp into your portal2/portal2/maps/workshop folder. I think I still keep an old .vmf version of your maps though, in the case you prefer them to the downloaded from workshop.

If you need to get the files out of a BSP again, you can use Pakrat to do that too.
