So everything is working fine in the BSHC instances except for the elevator video. I'll enter the name of the .bik in the $video replacement (bluescreen.bik) but in-game all the elevator screens are white. I have tried other elevator videos too.

I thought you were supposed to type in "media/bluescreen.bik" instead of just "bluescreen.bik". Add "media/" (without quotes) and see if it works.
