Not sure if this is the best site to ask this, but I can't download Portal 2 Publishing Tool.

I'll go through all the dialogue and it prepares the download for me. Then at the end it says:

Steam is now downloading Portal 2 Publishing Tool! You can track its progress in the Steam Downloads view.

You can guess what happens next:

I go to Steam downloads view

...Aaand it isn't there.

It's part of Portal 2. Check "portal 2/bin/" for "p2map_publish.exe".
