This is quite possibly one of the most hilarious clips I've ever heard, and it's begging to be shared.

Enjoy!

Ok I enjoy a good ontological debate as much as the next guy by these folks are clueless. The argument that everything the human mind can conceive must exist goes back much farther than C.S. Lewis (although the girl is correct in that he used that argument); it was also used by Thomas Aquinas amongst others in various forms. There are some nice counter arguments to it by Sartre and Hume (my personal favorite philosopher). The kid attempting to use the argument clearly does not understand it. According to him only things that exist can be conceived of therefore whatever we can conceive of must exist. This is an illogical argument know as circular logic.

I must admit the Furger-Argorock is mildly amusing.

That's just frikking ridiculous

But really, does magic exist? Does the Portal Gun exist? Do Furger-Argorocks exist?

The argument is a debateable argument, and a great one to think about, but you must understand the argument you're giving. In the context given, the argument is just plain rubbish.

Stephen King eluded to this very argument in his Dark Tower series. It is based on the possibility that there is nearly an infinite number of earths in a nearly infinite number of universes where every possible event is being played out in one way or another. In some universe right now, I'm riding my Furger-Argarok in my underware, drinking a Corona during a thunderstorm while singing the Star Spangled Banner... in Spanish.

Sounds kinda cool.
