Portal 2 was announced in the beginning of 2008, when this site was still active. This thing is just a whole bunch of new concepts revealed (which causes a hype).

And please, for the love of GOD people, DON'T spoiler the GameInformer article! There are people who don't have a subscription on that magazine and who would like to find stuff out through the GameInformer Portal Hub and the events on the 11th of March at GDC10.

Some very interesting stuff in there. The biggest storyline spoiler is in the second image, so you might want to skip that; the other images mainly give more information about mechanics in Portal 2.

Y'know, reading the GameInformer Portal 2 article has given me a whole new set of ideas on what to do with Project Malcom. Maybe I should continue with it some day...

You do realize that they just put that up for the sake of pre-ordering, right? That's not the final boxart, nor the final price, nor any other final aspect of the game. It could change from now till it is released. Heck, I even doubt it'll be released fall 2010, I expect we'll first get to play it in fall 2011 - if we're lucky.
