No it's not.
Yeah you can do vectory stuff in it, but primarily it's pixels just like everything else.

I've not seen a single pixelly thing in photoshop. all I've seen when trying it is vector
once upon a time, when I was like, 10 or something, I used photoshop and it has pixels. now it's even more of a monster, and no pixels.

No it's pixels. You can do text and shapes and masks in vector, but really that's it.

Ah, ok. fair enough. To be honest though, I think I'll stick to PDN. It isn't as powerful, but it's so easy to use.
