I forgot to lower the shaders for some clips, so there may occur things like fancy glass and motion blur.
Portal 2 with minimum graphics

Do you think this would run on a PC with integrated graphics?
Well, it's basically just a config file you execute in the beginning of each map. The graphics settings are somehow borked so they will override anything on every map spawn, so you can't put those commands to eg. autoexec.cfg
So, it's up to you to decide if it's worth waiting ten minutes for the game to execute all commands, replacing the mipmaps with crap etc. At least on my previous computer it was ridiculously slow to switch especially mat_picmip and mat_bumpmap variables.
It does nicely show what's models and what's textures though

Yes and that's a fact.
@iWork; source is so nice to computers that modern, low end laptops with integrated graphics run it easily.

I dont know why they even bothered giving me mat_fullbright if they didnt want me to use it, its pointless. Mad

As someone had done some config trickery with HL2, I did the same with Portal 2. This is the result.I forgot to lower the shaders for some clips, so there may occur things like fancy glass and motion blur.
That kinda looks like minecraft!

Source is a nice engine, but compared to an engine like Unreal on low-end hardware, it's absolute dog shit. UE scales a lot better across a variety of hardware configurations.
