But seriously though, unless you have some sort of evidence of work already existing then nobody is even going to care, even with the likely-false lure of an indeterminate amount of money in the future. Spend a year getting something worth showing to prospective developers, then try again.

I'm starting to think that the lack of provided details is really a lack of work on the project.
No offense, but this has all the warning signs of previous failed mods... I would really hate to see yet another one.
