The concept is nice, but the main area is somewhat over-sized. I managed to complete the first chamber and get both cubes, but found no way to get one onto the second button - maybe add some visual hints?

The maze-like aspect of the second cube's challenge is good fun.

Didn't find a way to put the second cube onto the second button either. Hope the solution is not 'cube throwing'.

The maze was a fun idea, but would probably be more interesting if the visuals were better and the added amount of details would make it harder to see where to proceed.

Overall nice map though, would like to know the solution for the button.

Maybe it's not the best idea to start off with the weakest room. The rat maze, that was the most portal-y: something never played, but known by all in the collective player inconscious. Just mediocrity otherwise (unpickable turrets yay), except for the cool secret room.

My suggestion is to either cut the catapult part, or just make it a quick intro corridor to a smaller "building + cube plates" hub.

You have to throw it there with the use button. Yeah.

You most certainly do not have to cube-throw to get it onto the second button. There are a few visual clues to give you the idea, just keep in mind 2-dimensional inertia.

The catapult is necessary to put the cube on the button. I tried like a hundred throws and it seemed impossible to me that anyone could actually manage it xdiesp, well played.

EDIT: Updated to remove any chance of a cube throw.

When I was using the catapult and the X sign to have the cube land over the button, the cube* kept hitting the ceiling in the building.

I uploaded a playthrough. I'm not sure what you're doing but now you can figure it out.

May i point you to my thread (mapping-contest/all-glitches-i-could-find-in-summer-mapping-innitiative-maps-t3605.html) where I found a bug in the last level of your more than great map?

I am surprised by the lack of attention paid to this map. This is one of the most interesting maps I've played. In the end, the solution isn't difficult, but it should take anyone a while to figure it out. No ninja skills are required, so even a clumsy oaf playing with a controller (that's me) can do it.

That's the good news. The not so good news is that the good ideas are spread out all over a huge map. Then when you get to them, they're crammed into tight spaces. While you're searching for the right path, acres of portalable surfaces will lead you astray.

This map has large areas of unframed glass, which make them hard to see. Please, folks, don't do this.

This map would be twice as good at half the size. Although I'm only giving it a 3/5, I still highly recommend playing it.

I love when old maps like this get brought up again!
I just played this map it's a very nice puzzle, I loved the fact that you used different light colors; it made it easier to orientate.

The detailing of this map could've been (a lot) better but it's still fun to play

BTW: @Djinn; where's your video of this map?!
