People can rate a download whether it's working or not. It's a file, just the wrong file.

What i was getting at is, how can someone rate is, if he never played this map? Did the author rate himself high to get a higher vote, and someone else low because he couldn't play this map?

I'm not sure if the installed software allows a creator to rate their own submission. And as for why someone would give ratings that allow this "map" to have a 3/5, well, I honestly don't know.

I am playing through all of beecakes maps for teh lolz, and this one is BY FAR the best! 5/5!!
