Doesn't even look complete. It doesn't have a skybox and lots of missing stuff like an invisible fizzler and a box for the second room? The gap in the wall won't let portals pass. Uploaded the wrong version?
First animated panel's starting position doesn't match the animation's. The back of the room with the 9 spotlights is open to the map void. Stopped testing at that point...
It's far from complete, first off all those bugs, second even with noclip getting the box to the other side in the hidden room and then out of there, i can't get into the hall to the exit, there is not even a exit.
Please only upload chapters that are finished, or at least solveable
I have to agree. Map is incomplete and buggy. As far as I can tell, it is unwinnable. I got stuck on the floor of the room with the weighted cube, as apparently once you are there, you can't open portals on anything... for no reason. Later I fell out of the map after going down the odd hallway with the pit that takes forever to kill you.
This belongs in the "Work In Progress" section.

Only Charlie Sheen can WIN this map
I made a video on how to complete it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7xcaS8s ... dded#at=54
Thanks for all of your feedback; I tried solving as much of the problems as I could and I haven't experienced any of the new complaints, but there were a few leaks that I tried to fix, but the map is solvable. I am done with it and I will try to prevent any of the current issues from occurring in any maps I may make following this.

Oh, the box at the end of the hallway was not on the map I downloaded. It just went off into the void, thus it was not solvable.
UPDATE: The bugs and leaks have been fixed and a new version has been released. If you were having troubles with it earlier, please redownload. This is probably going to the last version.
Sorry, but this map is awful - downloaded the most recently one, v3.
The floor covered with fizzlers is a dead end. You don't die, you can't get out.
The panel at the start has a flaw in the animation, as mentioned before.
The brushes which vertices were manipulated manually look awkward.
The part where you have to spray blue paint onto the opposing walls can get frustrating as you can hit the ceiling, thus losing velocity, failling down and die. You don't die quick either - it takes some time. Also, the water is not displayed correctly when inside.
But the worst part of all has to be that invisible wall right before the exit.
To reach the exit, i obviously covered the room with it, then simply put a portal on the wall which is on the opposing site of the exit, jump out of it, land on the blue gel, and jump my way into the hallway for the exit.
But no. You get blocked.
At first i thought its the arms of the panels which open the exit in the first way, so i tried not getting such a high jumping distance (which is a pain in the ass) - which didn't help much, as there is an ivisible wall. Can't get through.
Talking of invisible: that invisible fizzler you walk through to get the cube shouldn't be invisible.
Had to "finish" the map with noclip es entering the hallway of the exit was impossible.
Please improve the map and don't consider this the last version.
edit:: just realized your videos map differs from the uploaded one. should check that.
I have successfully completed this map without experiencing your problems. I have reuploaded the version I had tried, but I can no longer help you beyond this point. I hope you enjoy the puzzle if you ever get it to work. I am still learning, which would show why this is only my second map. Consequently, this map focuses on the puzzle, not the aesthetics.
I am sorry if you are still experiencing problems, but this is the most I can do with my current amount of knowledge of the beta tools. I have tried to fix the map as much as I can, which has allowed it to actually be solvable, therefore finished. As stated earlier, I have successfully completed the current download/build of the map, so you may be doing the chamber incorrectly, but I have no proof leading otherwise. I will learn from this map and try to prevent this many patches in any future maps. This testing chamber is completed, excluding a finishing elevator, which I will never add-- I'm still learning how to do many things, such as that.

Put your map into a file, such as a WinRar archive, and upload it.
Terrible. Broken. Map. I don't even know where to begin. This is a map where it helps to have noclip bound to a key. You'll need it in the room with the invisible fizzler since there's no way to get off the floor if you fall off the platforms. And it turns out I needed it later when I came to the companion cube because as soon as I picked it up I started heading back to the previous room and never fell through the trap floor. If you don't fall through the trap floor the first time then you're locked out since another invisible wall keeps you from jumping down into it. You just have to noclip your way down there if that happens. Speaking of invisible walls and why you shouldn't use them, just getting to the companion cube was a huge pain since some invisible wall kept blocking me and stopping my momentum on the blue gel when I almost landed next to the wcc. Then yet another invisible wall prevents you fromgetting to the door that's revealed by the pressure plate button next to the blue gel spawn room. I had to resort to noclip again just to make sure that door didn't go anywhere, which it doesn't. That makes it the first of two doors that lead no where but at least there's not an invisible wall keeping me from the second. I eventually gave up and just noclipped all around the map to see if I could find the exit but I saw nothing so I'm just assuming there isn't one. All in all I'm surprised this even got a 2/5, considering how many 1/5 maps at least have an exit. This map needs serious work.
