Description
One Plus One is three maps long, I didn't add much detail, so I apologize about that, but that shouldn't affect the gameplay, let me know if there are any glitches, cheats, or anything that doesn't look right or doesn't work. But most importantly, have fun! EDIT: If you downloaded the maps before 9:34 PM of 4/7/12, please re-install the map, there has been a small update.

I just lost connection to my coop-partner before we could even start. Anybody else want to play this one tonight? Just add me on Steam (same nick).
Edit: I had a chance to play this together with Portalized and it was fun. Some thoughts:
The portal surfaces for that fling to the button in the funnel room were a bit hard to hit. It seemed like you have to stand at the perfect position to shoot them. I don't think that's necessary for the puzzle. This way, the solution was quite obvious but only somewhat hard to pull of. In fact, I think if the whole room was white it would take players a bit longer to think of the correct solution - but once they found it it would be easier to do.
The transition map was a nice touch - but is it necessary to have it loaded as a seperate map? If possible and if it isn't too hardware-demanding it would be nice to have this fall right at the end of the first map and then let the next map load.
I liked the turret domino on the second (or third because of the transition map) map!
All in all, the puzzles shouldn't be a problem for the experienced players here so these maps might be a short but still a nice experience.

Fixed the white floors, so they are easy to shoot a portal at now, but you still need to be in front of it, glad you enjoyed it!

Cda told me that his compile time for the map was too long, so he made another map. The reason he didnt combine map 3 with map 2 is because of the spawns. I assume atleast.
Kinda disappointed that one out of these three maps is solved by DOING NOTHING. Apart from that not bad, keep it going!

cant really say much about this map to be honest, it features the standard old aperture science style with some simple ideas but seem complicated at start.
-------------------------------------------------------
Maps are played blind unless stated otherwise this means i have no idea what i am walking in to and if i am doing them correctly. their may be bits where i stop to think.
Maps are played in splitscreen using console command "ss_map mapname" there is
a known bug with splitscreen and that is the reticle will keep rotating.

Dolt the Elder (that's Redunzl) and Dolt the Younger (that's me) managed to spend 50 minutes on these maps. I was very happy to discover halfway through that I had forgotten to turn on Fraps.
The puzzles were fairly simple, but apparently not a simple as us. We wasted a lot of time trying to fling to the room before the turrets instead of just using the gel. We each got slaughtered by the turrets once and respawned in a tube that didn't drop us back into the map. The little missing step trick got us the first time, too. In general, we don't like surprises in maps, because they're only a surprise once, which means the map isn't as much fun to replay.
The looks weren't very impressive, mainly because there didn't seem to be a cohesive theme to any of it. We understand that it is two different maps glued together; we are talking about each part individually. Overall, 3/5 from us.
